Looking for a Video Editor to Create High-Retention Podcast Intros

I’m looking for a video editor to create high-retention intro montages for my true crime podcast, Honor Among Thieves Podcast. The style I’m looking for is similar to the intro/opening montage used on The Connect with Johnny Mitchell — fast-paced, cinematic, dramatic, and built to hook the viewer in the first 30–60 seconds. This is not a full episode edit. I edit all of my own content, so I understand how tedious this process can be. I will make this as painless and organized as possible. For each episode, I will provide: The full podcast episode The specific moments/time stamps I want used for the intro The main title/thumbnail angle My standard 15-second intro video that I use in all episodes Any key context needed for the story The full episode will already be edited and color graded. I only need help creating the intro montage before the episode begins. I edit in Adobe Premiere Pro. If you also use Premiere, I can provide the Premiere project file along with the raw footage, which should make the process much faster and more efficient. My raw footage is shot in BRAW format, so you will need to be able to work with BRAW files. If you do not already have the plugin to read BRAW footage in Premiere, you would need to download it before working with the files. Your job will be to take the moments I provide and turn them into a strong 45–90 second intro that makes people want to keep watching. I’m looking for someone who can handle: Strong pacing and storytelling Clean cuts Dramatic music and sound design Captions/text on screen Basic zooms, transitions, and visual polish A gritty true crime / documentary feel This will start as one intro edit, but I post weekly and may soon move to two episodes per week. If the first edit is strong, this can become consistent ongoing work. Please send examples of podcast intros, trailers, true crime edits, documentary-style edits, or any work that shows strong pacing and storytelling. I need a 48 hour turn around time with unlimited revisions.
