Looking for a Video Editor — Short-Form Content (Reels/TikTok) - GROWTH POTENTIAL

I'm building the social media presence for a personal brand in the self-love/mindset space. We create short-form talking-head videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. What I need: - Color grading: warm tones, soft and intimate feel - Light enhancement: subject should be well-lit and sharp - Framing: chest-up, clean and intentional - Simple captions — clean font, no flashy animations or big text - Overall vibe: warm, human, minimalist — NOT over-edited References: @quinlanwalther and @jb_copland on Instagram. That's the kind of aesthetic we're going for. Video specs: - Talking-head format, 30 sec to 2 min (starting with ~1 min videos) - Long-term project with multiple videos per week - We need someone who works fast — edits are minimal so turnaround should be quick Growth potential: we're starting with short-form content, but this project will evolve into longer formats — YouTube videos, podcasts, and more. We're looking for someone who can grow with us. For this first project, I'd like you to edit the same raw video in 2 versions: 1. Freestyle — your creative vision 2. Guided — following the style directions above Important: we're not just looking for someone who executes — we want someone who can also give feedback on style and what's working.
