I’m Looking for a Virtual Assistant (Long-Term)

I’m a solo business owner, and I plan to keep it that way. I don’t want a big team. I don’t want a complicated structure. I like being lean. What I do want is one solid person who helps me stay focused on what I’m best at. I help B2B agencies get clients on LinkedIn. I run a course and a consultancy. My focus is strategy, content, sales conversations, and client growth. But there’s a lot happening behind the scenes — admin, follow-ups, systems, organization, lead generation, community management, social media management and I want someone who actually enjoys handling that side of the business. Who I’m Looking For I’m looking for someone who: Is extremely organized (this is a big one) Doesn’t need constant direction Takes ownership of their work Communicates clearly Is self-aware and emotionally mature Is just… easy to work with You don’t need to be flashy. You do need to be reliable. I want someone who genuinely enjoys being a VA. Someone who gets satisfaction from keeping things clean, structured, and running smoothly. There will be “boring” tasks sometimes. Inbox cleaning. Tracking things. Following up. Double-checking details. Making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If that kind of work drains you, this probably isn’t for you. If you actually like making things organized and efficient, we’ll get along well. Important I move fast. I care about quality.
