Looking for YouTube Video Editor

Looking for a YouTube editor for a faceless travel channel focused on hidden and unique destinations around the world. Videos are typically 8–12 minutes long and voiceover-based. The editor should have experience with YouTube storytelling, pacing, clean cuts, stock footage, AI tools, maps, motion graphics, subtitles, and background music. The ability to follow references closely and create engaging, retention-focused edits is important. In addition to the main YouTube video, the editor should also create 2–3 YouTube Shorts from each video to help promote the channel and reach a wider audience. This is ongoing work with pay of $25–30 per video, including the Shorts. I'm looking for 1–2 videos per week, with potential for a long-term collaboration as the channel grows.
