Looking for a Zoho CRM expert to set up our sales process automation.

Hi, i'm looking for a Zoho CRM expert to set up our sales process automation. The core scope: 1. Define the deal stages together with me 2. Set up email cadences triggered by deal stage. 3. Set up automated SMS either through Zoho or a third-party tool. A few non-negotiables: - You must be able to communicate and work as part of a team. This will involve iteration and a lot of back-and-forth to get the first version right. - Do not apply if you're an agency planning to delegate this to someone else. I need a direct line of communication with the person actually doing the work. - You need to move fast and meet deadlines. I'm flexible and can work around your workload, but I can't let this drag on for months. Company background: We receive inbound leads that flow into Zoho CRM. We use Persona (withpersona.com), a KYC platform, and leads pass through Persona and into Zoho. The CRM is already set up and leads are coming in, but it isn't configured well and we're not really using any of the automations yet. That's where we'd like help. From there, we need automated emails and SMS to go out based on deal stages and time delays (e.g. how many days have passed in a stage). How to apply: Don't send a generic pitch. Instead, write back and tell me how you'd actually approach this specifically, how you'd trigger automated emails and SMS based on deal stage and time elapsed. I'm especially interested in how you'd handle the SMS side. I don't think native Zoho can do this on its own, so tell me how you'd tie the two systems together.
