The role Campaign management: build, launch, and iterate cold email campaigns across multiple client accounts and our own pipeline. Sequences, A/B tests, send schedules, volume pacing . You know the post-2024 Gmail and Microsoft rules cold and you keep us on the right side of them Inbox management: triage replies daily, flag positive responses fast so they reach the sales team while they're warm, handle unsubscribes and objections cleanly Copy iteration: you don't need to be a world-class copywriter, but you test relentlessly and kill losers fast. Angle, subject line, CTA, follow-up cadence Reporting: weekly numbers that matter. Delivered, opened where measurable, replied, positive replies, meetings produced.
