**Full-Time Website Developer — Long-Term Role** We are looking for a full-time website developer to join our team long term. This role will start with a **1-month paid trial at USD 400/month**. After the trial, the salary will increase to **USD 500/month** if performance is good. After the trial period, this must be a **full-time commitment**. No freelancing or outside client work is allowed, as we need someone fully focused on our projects. Please only apply if you can commit full-time. ### What You’ll Be Working On You will be using **Claude Code** to build and edit websites based on our instructions. A paid Claude account will be provided. Your main responsibility is to follow project directions and use Claude Code to: * Build new website pages for clients * Work locally using LocalWP * Make WordPress website changes * Upload completed work to the live website * Debug and fix issues from Claude-generated code * Handle multiple projects at the same time while waiting for Claude to process tasks This role is suitable for someone who understands how to work with AI coding tools and can manage the workflow properly. The work is not extremely complex, but it is operationally heavy and requires speed, focus, and consistency. You should not prompt Claude for one website and stay idle while waiting. We expect you to manage 2–3 projects in parallel where possible, so there is minimal downtime. ### Requirements You should have experience with: * WordPress * LocalWP * Basic PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Claude Code or similar AI coding tools * Debugging AI-generated code * Uploading changes to live websites * Following clear instructions without missing details ### To Apply Please answer these questions: 1.
