### **Project Overview:** We operate a specialized wheelchair transportation (NEMT) company. We are looking for an expert-level, certified GoHighLevel and ManyChat developer to build a seamless, multi-channel booking acquisition loop and an automated abandonment safeguard system. Our clientele consists of both medical facilities/nursing homes (who utilize charge account numbers) and private-pay individuals (who use credit cards). This system must connect directly to our core fleet dispatch software, **iCabbi**, via their open REST API. ### **Scope of Work:** 1. **GoHighLevel Custom Booking Form:** - Optimize a website form using conditional logic. - Mandatory fields: Passenger details, mobility type (manual/power/bariatric), Google Maps Address Autocomplete (for pickup/drop-off validation), and a conditional toggle for "Facility Charge Account Number." 2. **Automated Confirmation & Abandonment Workflows:** - Build a multi-channel sequence that reads the form submission and immediately emails a polished trip summary with a flat-rate layout and an interactive **[Confirm Ride]** button. - **15-Minute Safeguard:** Set up a delay timer. If the client opens the email but does not click "Confirm" within 15 minutes, trigger an internal flash notification and task creation inside the GoHighLevel dashboard for our human dispatchers. - **1-Hour Auto-Cancellation:** If still unconfirmed after 1 hour, update the pipeline status to "Expired" and send an automated expiration email notice to the client. 3. **Private-Pay Payment Integration:** - Configure a Stripe or Authorize.net portal natively within the GoHighLevel workflow. - Must use an **Authorize-and-Hold mechanism** (`capture_method=manual`). The card must hold the flat-rate funds when the ride is submitted, and our dispatchers will manually capture the funds once the ride is completed via iCabbi. Include our mandatory No-Show policy checkbox. 4. **ManyChat Top-of-Funnel Integration:** - Connect ManyChat to our Facebook Page and Instagram business accounts. - Configure Meta Comment-to-Message Growth Tools ("RIDE" / "QUOTE") to instantly capture local lead data (Name, Phone, Email) in the DMs. - Bridge ManyChat to GoHighLevel via Zapier or Make.com so social media leads automatically populate our core booking pipeline. 5. **iCabbi REST API Integration:** - Build outbound webhooks (natively or via Zapier/Make) to automatically inject successfully confirmed payloads (Addresses, Mobility types, Time, and Facility Account Numbers) directly into our live iCabbi dispatch queue. ### **Required Developer Qualifications:** - Verified experience building custom webhooks and parsing JSON payloads inside GoHighLevel and ManyChat. - Native proficiency with Zapier or Make.com workflow architecture. - Mastery of credit card pre-authorization workflows via payment gateways. - Must provide a sandbox/staging test loop to ensure data structures match iCabbi parameters before deploying live.
