Looking for QA for an Mid size CRM application

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Software Functional Tester to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our CRM application. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing financial software, a strong understanding of software quality assurance practices, and the ability to identify, document, and communicate issues effectively. Responsibilities Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of web and mobile applications. Design and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation. Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects with clear and detailed reports. Validate bug fixes and perform retesting to ensure issue resolution. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to improve product quality. Verify application workflows, calculations, transactions, and reporting features for accuracy and compliance. Requirements Proven experience in software functional testing or quality assurance. Experience testing FinTech, banking, payments, or other financial applications. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and defect management processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a distributed team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools. Familiarity with API testing and database validation.
