Looking for VA for e-commerce store - call rep center - appliance, kitchen, bbq industry

Hi! We're a growing U.S. online store selling premium kitchen appliances, BBQ grills, and fireplaces from trusted American brands. We're looking for a friendly, reliable work-from-home Sales Representative to join our team (we already have several VAs in the Philippines and would love to add another). WHAT YOU'LL DO - Help customers who are already interested in our products — they contact us by   phone, text, and email (this is NOT cold calling) - Answer their questions and send price quotes - Guide them to complete their order, and follow up with those who need time - Keep simple notes in our system (we train you on everything) YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF YOU - Enjoy talking with people and helping them - Speak clear, friendly English - Have reliable internet and a quiet space for calls - Are dependable and want to grow with a stable company - Have sales or customer-service experience (a plus — but we'll train the right person) SCHEDULE 9am-3pm U.S. Eastern Time (about 9am-3pm Philippine Time — a US night shift, same as our current team), with some weekend availability. PAY $500/month base + 5% commission on every sale you help close (our products sell for $2,000–$8,000+, so it adds up), plus monthly bonuses for top performers and perfect attendance.
