HomeRoots, a leading B2B e-commerce platform specializing in home goods and based in New Jersey, USA, is on the lookout for a talented individual to join our data team. We welcome candidates ranging from entry to expert level who are eager to bring their skills to a dynamic and growing company. We are open to more experienced people that can commit to a long term contract. If you are not serious about your commitments, frequently late, or fail to show up for work without notifying us in advance, this position is NOT for you. There will be no second chance to work with us. The ideal candidate will be proficient with technology, comfortable using platforms like Trello, HubSpot, Microsoft Office - particularly Excel, and Google's suite of tools, and possess a knack for quickly adapting to new software. Critical to this role is a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to dissect complex data and extract valuable insights. You'll collaborate with an international team, so it's crucial that you're a consummate team player with outstanding communication skills. Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is a must to ensure seamless interaction with team members and stakeholders from around the globe. You will deal with tasks that were made to improve our system. some will be more interesting and some monotonic. From time to time you will need to help with supporting other teams or customers.
