Senior Creative Developer / Front-End Team - Animation & 3D Ecom Maven · Remote · Contract or ongoing · Senior level only We're a boutique design and development agency building animation-driven, custom-coded websites for e-commerce, luxury, hospitality, and wellness brands. Our signature is cinematic - scroll-scrubbed video, choreographed motion, and 3D worlds that load fast and feel expensive. We're expanding our development bench and looking for a senior developer (or a tight senior team) who can move quickly without trading away polish. This is not a template-and-plugin role. We hand-build, and we care about every frame. What you'll build High-performance GSAP experiences - ScrollTrigger pinning, stacking, scrubbing, and timeline-based sequences Controlled, scroll-scrubbed animations that stay smooth across devices, including canvas and scroll-driven video 3D mural integration - immersive Spline / Three.js / WebGL scenes embedded cleanly into custom layouts Custom-coded front ends in HTML / CSS / JS, deployed on Netlify, plus work inside Shopify and Webflow when a project calls for it You're a fit if you Have senior-level command of GSAP and ScrollTrigger, not just surface familiarity Can build complex, controlled motion that performs - smooth at 60fps, optimized for paint and layout Write clean, maintainable custom code and don't lean on page builders to do the heavy lifting Have shipped at least a few production sites with scroll-driven or 3D motion (portfolio or reel required) Move fast, communicate clearly, and hit milestones without hand-holding Bonus points Three.js / Spline / WebGL fluency for 3D and interactive scenes Lenis or other smooth-scroll setups Shopify and Webflow custom development An eye for design, not just execution - you notice when an ease curve is off How we work Fast, milestone-driven, and collaborative.
