Looking for a podcast producer & audio editor

I'm launching my first podcast and need a trusted partner — from picking the right gear to delivering polished episodes. This is an ongoing collaboration, not a one-off gig. If you are interested in self-development, mindfulness and spirituality, that is a plus but what is more important to me is that we match on a human level as collaborators. Honesty, initiative and kind and clear communications are key for me. Here is what I need support with: Equipment consulting: Guide me in choosing the right microphone, audio interface, and recording setup for my budget and situation — before I buy a thing. Episode editing: Receive my raw recordings, cut them together with my intro and outro, clean up background noise, and return a ready-to-publish episode. Intro & outro creation: Help me develop the sound and feel of the show — including original or licensed music, voiceover structure, and overall sonic branding. Long-term partnership: This isn't a single episode project. I'm looking for someone I can rely on, build trust with, and grow the podcast alongside.
