Looking for reliable VIDEO EDITORS for my AGENCY

I'm looking for talented and reliable video editors to join my growing video editing agency. I'm building a small team of editors who can consistently deliver high-quality work for different types of clients. While I'm just getting started as an agency, my goal is to build long-term relationships and provide consistent work to editors who are dependable and produce great results. ## What You'll Edit Projects may include: * YouTube videos (short-form and long-form) * Documentary-style videos * Talking-head videos * Faceless YouTube videos * Podcasts and interviews * Reels, Shorts, and TikToks * Promotional and social media content ## What I'm Looking For * Strong understanding of storytelling and pacing. * Clean, engaging edits that keep viewers watching. * Ability to source relevant B-roll, stock footage, music, and sound effects when needed. * Good motion graphics and text animation skills are a plus. * Experience with subtitles and captions. * Ability to follow reference videos and match different editing styles. * Good communication and willingness to accept feedback. * Reliable with deadlines. ## Software You can use any professional editing software, including: * Adobe Premiere Pro * DaVinci Resolve * Final Cut Pro * CapCut (for appropriate projects) ## Pay Payment depends on the project. Typical range: * **$15–$35** for simpler projects. * Up to **$50** for more complex edits depending on the editing style, video length, and workload. I'm still growing my agency, so I can't offer higher rates yet. However, my goal is to provide consistent work to editors who perform well.
