Looking for senior backend developer with python and advance LLM experience

A backend-focused engineering position on a transformation project for an international travel company. The engineer will own features end-to-end—from planning and design through development, testing, deployment, and release. Key Responsibilities Own features end-to-end: plan, design, build, test, and release Build and maintain backend systems using Python Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services Contribute to full-stack work when frontend involvement is required Write clean, tested, high-quality code Use AI coding agents to maximize development efficiency Participate in code reviews and technical discussions Maintain existing systems and resolve production issues Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Quality Engineering teams Required Qualifications Strong proficiency in Python with solid production experience Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask Strong database schema design and data modeling skills Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs Strong PostgreSQL experience Knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud-based deployments Demonstrable experience with AI coding agents, or strong enthusiasm to adopt them Good English communication skills Team-oriented with strong collaboration and communication abilities Pragmatic approach to balancing speed, quality, and scope Tech Stack Python, Django/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, AWS, Next.js, Vercel Trunk-based development with CI/CD and multiple daily deployments. Nice to Have E-commerce or travel platform experience Experience working with high-traffic or distributed systems An eye for UX/design Experience with modern AI development tools and workflows Travel enthusiasm
