Looking for someone to create digital image based on reference photos

We’re looking for a talented digital illustrator to help create 5 illustration images featuring our existing app mascot, Pudge. We already have a clear character design and a collection of reference images showing Pudge in different poses, outfits and situations. We’re looking for an artist who can use these images as references and redraw them as polished digital illustrations, while keeping Pudge’s appearance consistent across every image. This is not a character design project. The mascot and concepts already exist. The main focus is translating our reference images into high-quality, cohesive artwork in your own digital illustration workflow. Reference images attached, we need it to be in the same style.
