We are a Certified Monday Partner focused on systems, automation, and Monday.com implementation company helping businesses build smarter workflows, stronger operations, and scalable internal systems. We are now looking to strengthen our own sales and business development foundation by setting up the right tools, automations, and outreach processes for consistent lead generation and pipeline management. We are looking for someone who can come in, review our current sales and outreach needs, recommend the right platform setup, and help us build a solid pipeline foundation using tools such as Apollo, Smartlead, HeyReach, Make, AI workflows, and possibly Clay if it makes sense. Project Overview We are trying to create a strong sales pipeline and outbound outreach system for Tuesday Wizard. The goal is to build a setup that allows us to find qualified leads, personalize outreach, manage campaigns, track responses, and move opportunities into a clear pipeline. We are currently reviewing several platforms, including: Apollo for lead sourcing, prospecting, and email sequences Smartlead for cold email campaign management and deliverability HeyReach for LinkedIn outreach campaigns and automation Make and AI workflows for personalized outreach and automation Clay for enrichment, although we are unsure if it is the right fit at this stage due to cost and complexity We need an expert who understands these tools and can help us determine which platforms are worth using, how they should connect, and how to build a streamlined outbound system without overcomplicating the setup. Responsibilities Review our current sales and business development goals Recommend the best tool stack for Tuesday Wizard’s outbound pipeline Set up Apollo for lead sourcing, lists, segmentation, and email outreach Evaluate whether Smartlead is needed or whether Apollo/Make can handle the same functions Set up HeyReach for LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including conditional logic and campaign flows Advise on whether Clay is worth using at this stage or if it should be skipped until we have more data sources and volume Build or recommend Make/AI workflows for more personalized outreach Create a clean pipeline structure for tracking leads, outreach, replies, follow-ups, and booked calls Help connect the outreach process to our internal CRM or Monday.com boards if needed Create documentation or a simple SOP so our team can manage the system after setup Help ensure the outreach system is practical, scalable, and not overly expensive Ideal Candidate Experience setting up outbound sales systems for agencies or B2B service businesses Strong knowledge of Apollo, Smartlead, HeyReach, Make, and AI-powered outreach workflows Understanding of Clay and data enrichment tools Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email campaign automation Ability to recommend the right tools based on actual business needs, not just what is trendy Experience with deliverability, campaign structure, personalization, and follow-up logic Comfortable creating clear documentation and training materials Bonus if you have experience connecting outreach tools to Monday.com What We Need Help With First Our first priority is to build the right foundation. We do not want to subscribe to tools that are too expensive or unnecessary at this stage. We need someone who can help us decide: Whether Apollo alone is enough for email outreach Whether Smartlead adds enough value to justify using it Whether HeyReach is the best option for LinkedIn outreach Whether Clay should be skipped for now because of cost and complexity How Make and AI workflows can personalize outreach without needing too many extra platforms Deliverables Recommended sales/outreach tool stack Apollo setup or optimization HeyReach campaign setup Smartlead recommendation and/or setup if needed Make/AI workflow recommendation or implementation Pipeline structure for managing prospects and follow-ups Documentation/SOP for the team Clear handoff and training session if needed Project Goal By the end of this project, Tuesday Wizard should have a clean, functional, and scalable outbound pipeline system that supports lead sourcing, personalized outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, follow-ups, and internal tracking.
