Your CFO Guy is a leading finance education brand reaching 500K+ followers across LinkedIn and YouTube, led by Josh Aharonoff - CPA, Microsoft MVP, and LinkedIn Top Voice in Finance. We host virtual summits, publish weekly newsletters, produce YouTube content, and run webinars - all tailored to founders, CFOs, and finance professionals. We're looking for a Sponsorship Manager to own the full sponsorship lifecycle across our events, newsletter, and content - from identifying the right partners to closing deals and ensuring smooth execution. About the Role This is a revenue-generating role. You'll be responsible for building and managing sponsor relationships that directly support our events, newsletter, and content channels. You know how to pitch, negotiate, and follow through - and you're comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Prosporship Prospecting & Outreach - Research and identify potential sponsors aligned with our audience of founders, CFOs, and finance professionals (fintech, SaaS, accounting tools, financial services, etc.) - Build and maintain a pipeline of sponsor leads across events, newsletters, and content - Draft and send outreach emails and follow-up sequences to prospective sponsors - Prepare sponsorship decks, media kits, and proposals tailored to each prospect Deal Management & Negotiation - Lead sponsor conversations from initial outreach through to signed agreement - Negotiate sponsorship packages and pricing based on deliverables and audience reach - Coordinate contract execution and ensure all terms are clearly documented Sponsor Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for all active sponsors - Manage sponsor expectations, timelines, and deliverables throughout each engagement - Coordinate asset collection (logos, copy, links) and ensure sponsor materials are delivered on time - Provide post-engagement performance reports and recaps to sponsors Event Sponsorship Execution - Coordinate sponsor involvement in virtual summits and webinars - panels, logo placements, promotional mentions, and product demos - Ensure sponsor branding is accurately represented across all event materials and platforms - Manage sponsor communications in the lead-up to and during live events Newsletter & Content Sponsorships - Manage sponsored segments in the weekly newsletter - scheduling, copy review, and link tracking - Coordinate with the content team on sponsored YouTube segments and social posts - Track and report on sponsor deliverable completion and performance metrics What We're Looking For Required - Proven experience in sponsorship sales, partnership management, or B2B sales - Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can write a compelling pitch and hold a confident sales conversation - Comfortable managing multiple sponsors and deadlines simultaneously - Self-starter who can identify opportunities and take initiative without hand-holding - Familiar with CRM tools, email outreach, and pipeline management - Experience with virtual events, newsletters, or content creator sponsorships a plus Preferred - Background in finance, SaaS, or accounting industry - Experience building or managing media kits and sponsorship packages - Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, or similar project management platforms - Existing relationships with relevant sponsors (fintech, SaaS, financial tools) is a strong bonus Please record a short 5-minute video covering the following: 1.
