3D Low-Poly Environment Artist / Level Designer for Browser FPS Game (Blender)

We're building a fast-paced browser-based multiplayer FPS inspired by games like Venge.io, Kirka.io, Krunker, and Mini Royale. We're looking for a talented 3D Environment Artist / Level Designer who can create optimized, visually appealing, gameplay-focused maps for web browsers. The ideal candidate understands that great FPS maps are designed around player movement, sightlines, cover, and balance—not just visual quality. Responsibilities * Design and create original multiplayer FPS maps. * Build modular low-poly environments optimized for browser performance. * Create reusable environment assets such as walls, floors, stairs, doors, props, and decorations. * Optimize geometry and draw calls for web rendering. * Create clean UVs and materials. * Export production-ready .glb/.gltf assets. * Work closely with the development team to improve gameplay and level flow. * Deliver clean and organized Blender project files. Required Skills * Strong experience with Blender. * Experience creating low-poly stylized environments. * Experience designing multiplayer FPS maps. * Understanding of cover placement, spawn balancing, sightlines, vertical gameplay, choke points, and flanking routes. * Experience building modular asset kits. * Ability to optimize assets for real-time rendering. * Knowledge of GLTF/GLB export workflow. Nice to Have * Experience with Three.js, Babylon.js, or Unity. * Experience creating collision meshes. * Experience developing browser games. * Knowledge of lighting and post-processing. * Experience with procedural environment creation. Technical Requirements Maps should be optimized for browser gameplay and include: * Low-poly stylized art style. * Modular assets. * Efficient topology. * Clean UV mapping. * Optimized materials. * Production-ready GLB export. * Source .blend files. * Separate collision meshes where appropriate. Art Style We're looking for a clean, colorful, stylized aesthetic inspired by Venge.io, Kirka.io, Krunker, and Mini Royale. **Important:** We are **not** looking for copied assets or recreated maps. All environments must be completely original while achieving a similar quality and gameplay experience. Deliverables Each completed map should include: * A complete playable environment. * A modular asset kit. * Props and environmental decorations. * Spawn locations. * Gameplay-focused layout. * Optimized meshes. * GLB exports. * Blender source files. * Organized project structure.
