LucidChart -- Solutions Architects, Project Managers

Summary

Summary We're looking into the diagramming and visual-collaboration space and want to understand in detail how professionals actually work in Lucidchart. What you'll do (5–10 hrs/week to start): Showing us your real workflows in Lucidchart: how you build a diagram from blank canvas to finished, shareable visual — choosing the right diagram type, working with shapes, containers, and layers, linking data to shapes, applying conditional formatting, and prepping a diagram for presentation, embedding, or handoff — and answering questions along the way: why this step, what's the shortcut, where do people go wrong? If you use Lucidchart regularly and can talk through your process clearly, you're exactly who we're looking for. No prep needed, just your day-to-day expertise. Who you are — any of these backgrounds fits: - Freelance / Independent Diagrammer — you take a concept and turn it into a finished, polished diagram for clients or your own deliverables, whatever the job needs: flowcharts, process maps, wireframes, and more. - Team Collaborator / Facilitator — you run diagramming live with a team: real-time co-editing, comments, and presentation mode in workshops and planning sessions (bonus points if you pull in Lucidspark for the messy whiteboarding stage). - Technical / Systems Diagrammer — you build architecture diagrams, ERDs, and network or cloud diagrams (AWS / Azure / GCP), using data linking, conditional formatting, and shape libraries. Must-have: 5+ years of hands-on, near-daily use of Lucidchart; fluency with shapes, containers, layers, data linking, and the major diagram types; able to articulate why you do what you do, not just drag-and-drop through it. Nice-to-have: experience across more than one of the profiles above; familiarity with Lucidspark or Lucidscale, data import / auto-generation (ERDs, org charts), integrations (Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira, Slack), or other diagramming tools (Visio, draw.io, Miro).
