Lucidchart / Lucidspark (Part-Time, Remote) - Solutions Architect, Process Analyst, or Agile Coach

We're looking into the diagramming and process-mapping space and want to understand in detail, how architects and analysts actually work. What you'll do (5–10 hrs/week to start): Showing us your real workflows in Lucidchart and Lucidspark: how you build a current-state to target-state cloud architecture diagram, turn a static diagram into a data-linked living model, map a process in BPMN swimlanes from stakeholder discovery, and run a live ceremony on a Lucidspark board - and answering questions along the way: why this step, what's the shortcut, where do people go wrong? If you use Lucid regularly and can talk through your process clearly, you're exactly who we're looking for. No prep needed, just your day-to-day expertise. Who you are - any of these backgrounds fits: - Enterprise / Cloud Solutions Architect - you document system landscapes and cloud topologies (AWS/GCP/Azure) in Lucidchart, from current state through migration target. - Business Process / Systems Analyst - you map current- and future-state processes in BPMN swimlanes and drive re-engineering engagements from them. - Agile Coach / Scrum Master - you design and run live ceremonies on Lucidspark: retros, planning, and story maps that convert into a Jira-synced backlog. Must-have: 5+ years of hands-on, near-daily use of Lucidchart (or Lucidchart plus regular Lucidspark sessions); fluency with shape libraries, layers, data linking, and BPMN or cloud-architecture notation; able to articulate why you do what you do, not just click through it. Nice-to-have: experience across more than one of the profiles above; data-linked diagrams from CMDB/ServiceNow-style imports, or Confluence/Jira embedding in client work.
