Customer Service & Lead Qualification Assistant – Luxury Car Rental Company Mango Exotics is a luxury and exotic car rental company based in Orange County, California. We are looking for a reliable and professional assistant to help manage customer inquiries, qualify leads, and support our daily operations. Website: mango-exotics.com Responsibilities: • Answer inbound phone calls, text messages, and customer inquiries • Qualify potential renters and identify serious clients • Filter out non-qualified leads and time wasters • Assist customers with rental questions, pricing, availability, and booking information • Perform insurance verification for potential renters and report the results to the company • Follow up with leads and existing customers • Update customer information and maintain organized records • Schedule appointments and assist with general administrative tasks Requirements: • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Professional phone etiquette and strong customer service skills • Experience in customer service, lead qualification, appointment setting, or sales support • Ability to work independently and stay organized • Comfortable making outbound calls when necessary • Strong attention to detail • Experience with CRM systems is a plus Important: • We are located in Orange County, California (Pacific Time Zone), so candidates must be flexible and available during U.S. business hours. • Clear and professional communication is extremely important, as you will be speaking directly with luxury clientele. • Previous experience in the automotive, rental, hospitality, or luxury service industries is a plus.
