We are building a custom luxury residence in California and are looking for an experienced architectural visualization specialist to create highly realistic renderings and walkthroughs from our architectural plans. The purpose of this project is to help us visualize: Overall architectural style Interior and exterior finishes Room flow and circulation Scale and proportions Furniture layouts Sight lines throughout the home Landscaping concepts Exterior lighting Project Details Custom single-family residence Approximately 4,500–5,000 square feet Modern luxury / California contemporary design Architectural plans and elevations will be provided
