Luxury Fashion Graphic Designer (Ongoing – Fast Turnaround)

We are a premium custom menswear company based in Brooklyn specializing in luxury custom clothing, Italian fabrics, and other high-end garments. We are looking for a long-term graphic designer who can become part of our team. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be editing and refining advertisements that are often AI-generated or already designed. Most work involves improving existing pieces rather than creating designs from scratch. Typical tasks include: * Adjusting typography and layout * Replacing or editing images * Photoshop retouching * Luxury product presentations * Preparing Instagram, WhatsApp Status, Facebook, and print versions * Maintaining a consistent premium luxury aesthetic Requirements * Expert in Adobe Photoshop * Strong typography skills * Excellent eye for spacing and composition * Experience with luxury brands, fashion, jewelry, watches, or premium products * Able to follow detailed instructions exactly * Quick communication * Fast turnaround (often same day) Important We are not looking for someone who wants complete creative freedom. Most assignments include very specific instructions such as: * Make this headline larger * Replace one image * Move an element slightly * Improve alignment * Do not change anything else Attention to detail is extremely important. Deliverables * Final JPG/PNG * Layered Photoshop (PSD) file with organized layers * Editable text * High-resolution files Trial Project Qualified applicants will be given a paid test using an existing advertisement. The goal is to evaluate: * Design quality * Accuracy * Communication * Turnaround time * Ability to preserve the luxury feel of the brand This position has the potential to become an ongoing relationship with regular work.
