Luxury Sportswear Tech Pack Designer

We are looking for an experienced Fashion Technical Designer / Tech Pack Specialist to support the development of our luxury padel apparel brand, Monte Sol. Monte Sol is a premium sportswear brand inspired by timeless elegance and the Old Money aesthetic. Our mission is to create factory-ready products with exceptional quality and attention to detail. Scope of Work We are looking for someone who can transform our designs and reference images into professional, production-ready tech packs. Each tech pack should include: •⁠ ⁠Front & back flat sketches •⁠ ⁠Construction details and stitching specifications •⁠ ⁠Measurement chart & grading •⁠ ⁠Fabric and trim specifications •⁠ ⁠Bill of Materials (BOM) •⁠ ⁠Pantone color references •⁠ ⁠Label, logo and embroidery placements •⁠ ⁠Print placement (where applicable) •⁠ ⁠Packaging instructions •⁠ ⁠Factory-ready documentation suitable for sampling and production Requirements •⁠ ⁠Proven experience creating tech packs for premium apparel brands •⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing •⁠ ⁠Experience with sportswear, tennis, golf or padel apparel is highly preferred •⁠ ⁠Excellent Adobe Illustrator skills •⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail •⁠ ⁠Ability to communicate clearly in English What We Provide •⁠ ⁠Detailed reference images •⁠ ⁠Product inspiration and design direction •⁠ ⁠Branding guidelines •⁠ ⁠Fast feedback throughout the project Deliverables •⁠ ⁠Editable Adobe Illustrator files •⁠ ⁠PDF version •⁠ ⁠Any supporting specification sheets required for manufacturing This project will begin with one paid test product.
