Luxury Travel Client Relations & Sales Support (Tokyo / Remote)

We are looking for a highly organized and internationally minded person based in Tokyo to support the founder of a fast-growing luxury travel company focused on Japan. The role combines client communication, sales support, travel coordination, and helping maintain a very high level of customer experience for international travelers. You would help manage: Client communication via email and WhatsApp Follow-ups after sales calls Structuring requests and next steps Coordination with planning and operations Proposal refinement and presentation Maintaining overview of ongoing client journeys Ideal profile: Based in Tokyo Native Japanese, half Japanese, or internationally minded Japanese profile Excellent English writing and communication Strong understanding of Japan travel, hotels, restaurants, and culture Organized, calm, detail-oriented, and proactive Experience in hospitality, luxury travel, concierge, lifestyle, or customer relations is a major plus This is not a typical admin role — communication quality, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail are extremely important. We are looking for someone long-term who enjoys high-end hospitality, Japan, and working in an international environment.
