Luxury Wedding Photography Content Assistant

Luxury Wedding Photography Content Assistant (Reels, TikTok & Social Media) I’m an established UK wedding photographer with over 1,000 weddings photographed and a large archive of wedding imagery. I’m looking for a creative content assistant to help turn wedding footage into engaging Reels and TikToks that attract couples rather than simply generate views. While I have a huge catalogue of images, I’ve only recently started consistently capturing behind-the-scenes and phone footage. Initially, I’ll provide footage from weddings and would like multiple pieces of content created from each wedding. I’m not looking for somebody who simply follows instructions. I’m looking for somebody who understands social media, keeps up with trends, brings ideas to the table and can tell me what content I should be creating. The role will initially focus on short-form content creation, but for the right person there is significant scope to grow into wider social media management and potentially virtual assistant responsibilities. What I’m looking for: * Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok * Ability to create engaging short-form content from supplied footage * Understanding of hooks, retention and social-first content * Proactive with ideas and suggestions * Comfortable working independently * Good written English Bonus points for: * Wedding industry experience * Social media management experience * Pinterest experience * Virtual assistant experience * Canva or graphic design skills UK-based applicants may also have opportunities to attend weddings and create content on-site (paid separately). The trial will consist of: * 2 x 10-second reels * 1 x 20-second reel Applicants selected for the trial will be paid for their time regardless of whether they are ultimately chosen for the role. This role is intended to be long-term, with opportunities to expand responsibilities and hours for the right person.
