# Microsoft 365 Expert (L4) – Enterprise Architect | 6-Month Contract **Job Title:** Microsoft 365 Expert (L4) **Job Type:** Contract (6 Months) **Experience:** 12+ Years **Location:** Remote **Contract Duration:** 6 Months (Extension Possible) ## Job Overview We are looking for a highly experienced **Microsoft 365 Expert (L4)** to lead enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 architecture, workplace modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive consulting experience, deep technical expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical leadership, solution architecture, and stakeholder management skills. ## Key Responsibilities * Design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 solutions and architecture. * Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders on workplace modernization initiatives. * Serve as the primary technical point of contact (SPOC) for Microsoft 365 engagements. * Develop technical roadmaps, architecture designs, and implementation strategies. * Lead transition and transformation projects, including effort estimation, technical planning, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and Statements of Work (SOWs). * Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams. * Assess customer environments, identify risks, and recommend governance and service improvements. * Drive automation initiatives using Microsoft technologies and RPA solutions. * Collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams to develop technical solutions for client opportunities. * Ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and compliance with enterprise architecture standards. * Lead Microsoft 365 migration projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and tenant separation initiatives. ## Required Skills * 12+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies and enterprise consulting. * Strong expertise in: * Microsoft 365 * Exchange Online * SharePoint Online * Microsoft Teams * Enterprise Voice * Microsoft Intune (MDM) * Active Directory * Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) * Azure AD Connect / Directory Synchronization * Azure Virtual Desktop * Windows 365 * Microsoft Viva * Microsoft Purview (Security & Compliance) * Microsoft Power Platform * Microsoft Copilot * Modern Workplace technologies * Experience with Azure and AWS (PaaS & IaaS). * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 integrations with third-party applications. * Expertise in Microsoft 365 migrations, mergers, acquisitions, and tenant separations. * Excellent troubleshooting, architecture, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ## Preferred Qualifications * Microsoft 365 Expert-level certifications. * CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge. * Experience leading enterprise digital workplace transformation projects. * Consulting experience in large enterprise environments. ## Contract Details * **Duration:** 6 Months (Potential for Extension) * **Work Mode:** Remote * **Experience Required:** 12+ Years If you have extensive Microsoft 365 expertise and are passionate about delivering enterprise workplace transformation solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
