Limited Pilot Program — Only 3 Developers Will Be Selected Kobiton is looking for experienced mobile developers who already use AI-assisted and agentic software development tools in their day-to-day workflow. We’re launching a limited pilot program to evaluate the Kobiton Remote MCP Server in real-world development environments. We’re looking for three experienced developers to integrate the MCP Server into an active mobile application project they’re already working on and provide honest, practical feedback. The goal is simple: * Continue building your existing mobile application. * Integrate and use the Kobiton Remote MCP Server. * Tell us what works, what doesn’t, and how we can improve it. We’re looking for real-world feedback—not marketing. Positive and negative observations are equally valuable when they’re specific, constructive, and based on actual experience. ⸻ Compensation Core Engagement Fixed Price: $1,000 Paid through Upwork upon completion and acceptance of the following milestones: Milestone Payment MCP Integration & Active Evaluation - $500 Evaluation Report - $300 GitHub Repository Review & Feedback - $200 Optional Opportunities 2-Hour Product Feedback Session — +$100 (Participate in a live discussion with the Kobiton Product and Engineering teams.) Published Experience Report / Blog Article — Up to +$200 (Publish an article describing your experience using the Kobiton Remote MCP Server.) Maximum Additional Compensation: $300 Maximum Total Compensation: $1,300 Compensation is for your time and professional evaluation—not for a positive review. Honest, constructive criticism is just as valuable as positive feedback. Who We’re Looking For Upwork Requirements * At least 1 active Upwork contract * Minimum 12 completed Upwork contracts * Minimum 4.8-star rating Mobile Development Experience Experience with one or more of: * Native iOS * Native Android * Flutter * React Native * Kotlin Multiplatform AI-Assisted / Agentic Development You actively use one or more of: * Claude Code * Cursor * GitHub Copilot Agent * OpenAI Codex * Similar AI development tools Preferred Experience Preference will be given to developers who: * Are actively working on a real mobile application * Participate in open source or developer communities * Can provide thoughtful technical feedback * Have experience evaluating developer tools Scope of Work Deliverable 1 – MCP Integration & Evaluation (2 Weeks) Integrate the Kobiton Remote MCP Server into an active mobile project and incorporate it into your normal development workflow. Activities include: * Installation and configuration * Real-world development usage * Approximately 200 minutes of active MCP usage * Initial observations and recommendations Deliverable 2 – Evaluation Report (3 Weeks) Submit a written report covering: * Setup experience * Ease of use * Documentation quality * Workflow observations * AI prompts and interaction patterns * Productivity impact * Testing improvements * Missing capabilities * Feature recommendations Deliverable 3 – GitHub Repository Review (3 Weeks) Review the Kobiton Automate repository and submit actionable GitHub issues based on actual product usage. Examples include: * Bugs * Documentation improvements * Feature requests * Developer experience improvements Application Requirements Please include: * Mobile platform(s) you develop for * Description of the mobile application you intend to use * AI development tools you currently use * Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, technical blog, or portfolio (optional) Selection Process This is a limited pilot engagement. Only three developers will initially be selected. Priority will be given to applicants demonstrating: * Real-world mobile development experience * Daily AI-assisted development * Active mobile application work * Ability to provide thoughtful product feedback Important Notes Selected participants will receive a short Pilot Participation Agreement covering confidentiality, ownership of deliverables, use of feedback, and other standard project terms. This engagement is conducted through Upwork and is subject to applicable Upwork Terms of Service.
