MDM Informatica Developer

We are seeking a Informatica MDM Resource with 2โ3 years of experience in Informatica MDM Hub, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves supporting our enterprise Master Data Management platform, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of critical data domains such as product, customer, supplier, and regulatory data. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for maintaining high-quality data in a regulated environment. ๐ฏ Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for Informatica MDM applications, including incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Analyze and resolve data quality issues related to Match & Merge, Survivorship, Trust Framework, Base Objects, and Cross-Reference records. Monitor daily batch processes, data loads, and system integrations to ensure smooth operation of the MDM platform. Perform root cause analysis (RCA), data fixes, merge/unmerge activities, and support production deployments and validations. Develop SQL queries for data investigation and collaborate with business users, data stewards, and technical teams to maintain data quality and system stability. Ensure compliance with pharma regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) by maintaining accurate product master data, clinical trial data, and supplier records. Support data stewardship activities to uphold governance standards across critical pharma data domains. ๐ Required Skills & Qualifications 2โ3 years of experience with Informatica MDM Hub. Strong understanding of Match & Merge, Survivorship, Trust Framework, and Data Stewardship concepts. Hands-on experience with Base Objects, Cross-Reference Objects, Landing Tables, and Staging Tables. Knowledge of Batch Jobs, Load Processes, Validation Rules, and User Exits. Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar). Familiarity with Informatica IDQ, PowerCenter, or IICS is preferred. Experience working with pharma data domains (product master, clinical trial data, regulatory submissions, supplier/vendor data). Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry. ๐ Preferred Attributes Ability to work in a regulated environment with strict data quality standards. Strong collaboration skills to work with CRM and commercial teams. Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
