MEP/HVAC BIM/VDC Specialists for Long-Term Construction Projects

We are looking for experienced BIM/VDC specialists with a strong focus on MEP and HVAC systems for long-term collaboration with our team. Our company works on construction projects for the US market, and we are looking for professionals who can support BIM modeling, coordination, and documentation for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC scopes. This is a long-term opportunity for specialists who are detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable working with construction documentation and BIM coordination processes. Responsibilities: Develop and update BIM models for MEP/HVAC systems Work with Revit models based on project requirements, drawings, and coordination comments Support model coordination with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines Prepare and review BIM documentation, schedules, and shop drawing-related materials Perform model quality checks and help resolve coordination issues Work with project teams through clear and consistent communication Required skills: Strong experience with Revit MEP Experience with HVAC systems and/or other MEP disciplines Understanding of construction documentation and coordination workflows Experience with BIM/VDC processes Ability to read and work with technical drawings Attention to detail and responsibility for model quality Intermediate or higher English level for written communication Nice to have: Experience with US construction projects Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, AutoCAD Experience with clash detection and model coordination Background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil engineering, or architecture Preferred location: Ukraine-based candidates are preferred, especially Kyiv, due to time zone alignment and potential team coordination. However, the collaboration can be managed remotely through Upwork. Project scope: Long-term collaboration, more than 6 months.
