MSP Systems Architect

The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced MSP Systems Architect to work directly with leadership on simplifying and standardizing operations. This is not documentation for documentation’s sake. The mission is to reduce friction, clarify ownership, improve consistency, and create a strong operational foundation for growth. What You Will Build * Operational workflows with defined triggers, owners, handoffs, and completion standards. * Practical SOPs, checklists, templates, and documentation technicians will actually use. * Consistent client onboarding and offboarding systems. * Standardized service-delivery and internal coordination processes. * A prioritized automation roadmap focused on eliminating repetitive work and preventable errors. * A maintainable operating framework that can evolve as the company grows. What We Are Looking For * Meaningful MSP operations, service-delivery, or process-improvement experience. * Strong workflow-design and operational-documentation skills. * A practical systems mindset: simplify first, automate intelligently, and avoid needless complexity. * Ability to challenge assumptions respectfully. * Ability to translate leadership’s vision into usable systems. * Excellent English communication. * Confidence collaborating directly with leadership.
