MVP of Flutter IOS & Android apps and web app for modelling agency with AI features

Need private app for our modelling agency (must be Flutter mobile app for iOS & Android) with ai features. We need premium experience for our clients (brands, producers, photographers, agencies, event organizers) and models, making talent discovery, casting, and booking fast and effortless. We want to split it into two parts, first all basic features and then advanced ones. If I'm happy with job done on first version will pick same freelancer for second one. Budget is for BOTH parts done through upwork so bid accordingly. Key Features 1. First part (this job): For Clients - Browse and search model portfolios using advanced filters. - Post casting calls and job opportunities. - Manage bookings, contracts, and project schedules. - Save favorite models and create talent collections. For Models - Create beautiful, media-rich portfolios with photos and videos. - Manage personal profile, measurements, skills, and availability. - Apply for castings with a single tap. - Receive ratings and build a professional reputation. 2. Second part: Clients: - AI Credits that clients can buy and use for AI-powered model photos and videos modifications & various virtual try ons (using Auglio) - Chat with models we connect them with in real time. - Receive notifications about applications and updates. - Track applications, bookings, and earnings. - Secure payments and booking history. For models: - Same AI credits system as for clients, they can buy them and use for various features (virtual try on etc.) - Receive personalized job recommendations. - Communicate with clients through in-app messaging after being connected. - Manage calendar and availability.
