MYOB Automation Specialist

We need an expert to automate MYOB administration workflows and reduce manual data entry. The main focus is entering quotes and orders into MYOB, approving jobs, handling exceptions, and marking deliveries as completed. The system should automatically create quote and job cards linked to customer history, send follow-ups, create jobs from invoices, send supplier and transport orders, track confirmations, match supplier invoices with AI, update costs and profit, and provide a live delivery dashboard. It should also support CRM history, automated follow-ups, management dashboards, secure permissions, and an audit trail. We want a modern, simple interface with clear statuses, fast search, and minimal manual entry.
