Freestanding Lace (FSL) Machine Embroidery Digitizer Needed – Expert Level Only We are looking for an experienced machine embroidery digitizer who specializes in Freestanding Lace (FSL) embroidery designs. Please note: This is NOT a logo digitizing position. We are not looking for someone who digitizes company logos, hats, patches, or standard embroidery designs. We need a true lace embroidery specialist with extensive experience creating beautiful, structurally sound FSL projects. About Us We are an established machine embroidery company serving embroidery enthusiasts worldwide. We regularly develop unique lace projects including: Freestanding lace ornaments Lace table runners Lace doilies Lace bowls and baskets Multi-hoop lace projects Lace frames and decorative pieces Cutwork combined with lace Advanced heirloom-style lace embroidery What We Need We are seeking a digitizer who can: Create original Freestanding Lace embroidery designs from artwork and concepts Understand how lace must be engineered to stitch correctly Create strong yet delicate lace structures Design bridges, connections, and support areas that prevent lace from falling apart Develop multi-hoop lace projects that align accurately Optimize designs for home embroidery machines Produce clean, professional stitch files requiring minimal testing Work with various hoop sizes, especially 5x7, 6x10, and larger hoops Required Experience Please only apply if you have: ✔ Extensive experience digitizing Freestanding Lace ✔ A portfolio showing actual FSL projects ✔ Experience with decorative lace patterns and heirloom-style lace ✔ Knowledge of water-soluble stabilizers and how lace stitches behave during washout ✔ Understanding of stitch density, compensation, and lace structure To Apply Please include: Examples of Freestanding Lace projects you personally digitized.
