Magazine Designer Needed for She Sells Magazine | InDesign Template Provided | 2-Week Turnaround (Deadline: July 3) We are looking for an experienced magazine/editorial designer to help design and lay out the next issue of She Sells Magazine, a polished digital magazine for women in sales, business, leadership, wealth, and personal expansion. We have two prior issues/design files that can serve as the foundation for this issue. We can provide the existing InDesign template/files, so you will not be starting from scratch. However, because the stories, sections, photos, and total page count vary from issue to issue, this project will still require thoughtful editorial layout, image selection/support, formatting, resizing, and design judgment. The magazine is estimated to be approximately 52 pages, give or take. What we will provide: Existing InDesign files/templates from prior issues Prior magazine issues for design reference All final copy in Google Docs A story/order outline for the issue Photos and/or photo libraries for each story/section Brand direction and editorial guidance Feedback through review rounds Copy can be provided either as individual story files with an outline of the order or as one combined Google Doc, depending on what is easiest for your workflow. What we need help with: Designing and laying out the full magazine in InDesign using the existing files as a foundation Flowing in all copy and adjusting layouts as needed Helping finalize photo choices from provided images/libraries Importing, cropping, resizing, and placing images Designing the cover page Maintaining the established She Sells Magazine look and feel while adapting layouts for this issue’s content Preparing final export files Ideally, providing a final proof or light proofread before delivery Timeline: Time is important. We are behind on this project and are looking for someone who can start quickly and complete the magazine within approximately two weeks. We would like to schedule an initial Zoom or Google Meet kickoff call to review the project, files, timeline, and expectations.
