Mail chimp automation and customer journey specialist

We are looking for an experienced Mailchimp specialist to help build a series of automated email journeys for a children's marketplace. About Us The Little Brown Company is an online marketplace dedicated exclusively to children's items, making it easier for parents to buy and sell quality preloved clothing, toys, books, nursery equipment and maternity items. We have recently launched and are now focused on converting registered users into active sellers. Project Scope We require someone to build and implement automated email journeys within Mailchimp. The initial focus is on user activation and understanding barriers to listing. Required Journeys New User Activation Journey Welcome email Encouragement to list a first item Guidance on what to list Pricing and postage reassurance Founder-led email asking what is preventing them from listing Seller Activation Journey Users who have registered but not listed an item Behaviour-based nudges Educational content Calls to action to encourage first listings Stripe Connection Journey Users who have listed but not connected their Stripe account Step-by-step guidance Reminders and activation emails Dormant User Journey Re-engagement emails for users who signed up but have become inactive Requirements Strong Mailchimp automation experience Experience building customer journeys and behavioural email flows Experience with marketplace, e-commerce or SaaS businesses preferred Ability to advise on segmentation, tagging and best practice Ability to make recommendations to improve user activation and engagement Please provide: Examples of Mailchimp journeys you have built Relevant marketplace/e-commerce experience Estimated hours required Your recommended approach to improving user activation This is likely to lead to ongoing work as we continue to build and optimise our customer journeys.
