Mailchimp Email Marketing Specialist — EmployPro Tech™ Company: Perle Communications, Inc. (PCI) / EmployPro Tech™ Type: Part-Time Freelance / Ongoing Initial Budget: $150 per month About EmployPro Tech™ EmployPro Tech™ is a workplace technology and content platform serving employees, managers, HR professionals and organizations. Mailchimp will be used to maintain subscriber communications, distribute content from The Exchange, announce EmployPro Tech™ developments and support subscriber engagement. We are seeking a reliable Mailchimp specialist to help PCI manage this system efficiently as the platform launches and grows. The Role This is primarily a Mailchimp execution and maintenance role, rather than a broad marketing-strategy position. PCI has separate technical and growth-marketing support. Responsibilities Maintain and organize the EmployPro Tech™ Mailchimp audience. Create and maintain appropriate audience tags and segments. Assist with subscriber welcome communications. Build attractive, professional email templates consistent with the EmployPro Tech™ brand. Prepare and schedule newsletters and Exchange content emails. Test emails before distribution. Check links, formatting and mobile appearance. Assist with basic Mailchimp automation. Monitor open rates, click rates and unsubscribes. Provide a simple monthly performance summary. Maintain good list hygiene and email-marketing practices. Expected Monthly Work Once the initial setup is complete, PCI anticipates approximately: 1–2 newsletter/content campaigns per month Maintenance of existing automations Subscriber/list organization Basic reporting Occasional updates as EmployPro Tech™ grows Ideal Freelancer We are particularly interested in someone with: Demonstrated Mailchimp experience Experience with small businesses or startups Email template creation experience Mailchimp automation experience Audience segmentation and tagging knowledge Strong attention to detail Excellent written English Ability to work efficiently within a modest startup budget Application Please provide: Examples of Mailchimp campaigns you have created or managed.
