# Mailchimp Email Campaign Build Specification ## Project Overview We require an experienced **Mailchimp specialist** to build a complete email campaign within Mailchimp. All email copy, subject lines, preview text, website links and call-to-action links will be supplied. No copywriting is required. The attached document contains the complete campaign. --- ## Scope of Work Build **26 individual Mailchimp emails**. Emails **27–52** are simply duplicates of Emails **1–26** and should be duplicated within Mailchimp after the first 26 emails have been completed. --- ## Requirements For each email: * Create the email using Mailchimp's Email Builder. * Use the supplied Subject Line. * Use the supplied Preview Text. * Insert all supplied body copy. * Add the supplied website link. * Add the supplied "Book Your Free Strategy Call" button and hyperlink. * Use the Mailchimp **First Name** merge tag for personalisation. * Ensure all emails are fully mobile responsive. * Use clean, modern formatting with good spacing and readability. * Maintain consistent branding, fonts, colours and button styles across all emails. * Enable Open Tracking. * Enable Click Tracking. * Test every hyperlink before completion. --- ## Campaign Settings * Schedule is **not required**. * Automation is **not required**. * Audience segmentation is **not required**. * A/B testing is **not required**. * Analytics reporting is **not required**. --- ## Design Requirements The emails should have a clean professional appearance using: * Company logo at the top (provided) * Consistent header * Consistent fonts * Consistent button styling * Plenty of white space * Mobile-first layout * Professional footer No custom HTML coding is required unless necessary. --- ## Deliverables The completed project must include: * 26 completed Mailchimp emails * Emails 27–52 duplicated from Emails 1–26 * All links tested and working * Mobile responsive layout * Tracking enabled * Campaign ready for review --- ## Skills Required * Mailchimp * Email Marketing * Responsive Email Design * Email Campaign Setup * Attention to Detail --- ## Timeline Completion required within **3–5 business days**. --- ## Budget Fixed Price Project.
