Major Philanthropy Advisor

Hi, We are looking for an experienced philanthropy fundraising advisor to help refine the fundraising strategy for a new UK non-profit focused on identifying and backing exceptional young founders and researchers. This is initially a short-term engagement to prepare for conversations with major philanthropists and foundations. Particularly interested in people with experience in: * Securing major philanthropic gifts ($100k+) * Working with high-net-worth individuals or foundations * Developing fundraising strategy and case for support * Building or advising early-stage non-profits You’ll help: * Strengthen our fundraising narrative * Challenge and improve our case for support * Prepare for meetings with prospective funders * Advise on fundraising strategy and positioning About us: We’re building a new philanthropic organisation based on a simple belief: exceptional capability is often visible long before traditional credentials or conventional markers of success.
