Make Small Clothes Changes to My Existing Rigged Unreal Character and Make Eyes and Hair Blue

Summary

I have a character who I need for simple changes to be done. For the character I need for outfit colors to be changed to blue, silver and dark navy blue, for the characters arm guards to be changed a very slight bit, his belt changed a very slight bit, some hip cloths shortened a bit, his boots changed to not reveal his toes, his gloves changed to not reveal his finger tips, a few large leg guards on his hips to be removed and for his eyes to be blue and hair a bit spikier. I have a rigged head we can just swap on to make it easier. Character also should have skin a bit lighter and light blue eyes and dark blue hair.
