Not the kind who just cuts clips together — we need someone who can take footage we already have and make it exciting. Punchy edits, strong hooks, perfect pacing. The kind of stuff people stop scrolling for and watch to the end. What you'll own: Repurposing existing raw footage into fresh content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook Short clips, long-form edits, teasers and hooks Nailing the first 3 seconds so people don't scroll past Sound design, captions, pacing and the details that keep people watching You're a fit if: Your edits make people stop and watch You understand short-form retention and what makes a hook land You can work fast and turn footage around without losing quality You're sharp and a little fearless with creative.
