Make an attractive, coherent video presentation of a school play, from multiple clips

We have two sets of video clips (clips from two cameras) of a school play performance, and a third set of video clips of an earlier performance of the same play and cast (it might not be necessary to use the third video). Total running time is ~1hr15min. We'd like to have the best parts of the different videos combined, to make an attractive, coherent presentation, with just enough mix of cuts/shots, to keep the video visually engaging Main parts to this job: 1. Synchronize clips based on the soundtrack 2. Select the highest-quality clips as the "base" clip, for each part of the play 3. Use magnified versions of the "base" clip, and potentially other clips, to create visual engagement by changing framing or angle, for short times, periodically (perhaps at least once per 30-60 seconds, as a very rough guideline). 4. Use judgement to select the best audio track(s) throughout 5. Add a title at the beginning, and credits at the end (from text that I provide, from the play's program). It is a school play, so —when there are many performers on the stage — we'd like to have them all in the video as much as possible, with a few cuts to and from closer shots of main characters, to keep the video visually engaging. If all goes well on this project, there is the possibility of a second, almost identical project, with a different cast in the same play. NOTES: — Only 1 of the three videos is complete — it is a constant frame on the whole stage. — Some parts of some of the videos have close-ups or magnification transitions. — Some of the videos are shot at 4k, and can be magnified, if that is useful.
