Make.com Automation Architect – No-Show Recovery System (One-Time Project, Reusable Template)

We've already done the planning — we need a builder. Your job is to turn our finished spec into a working, reusable Make.com (or Zapier/n8n) automation that reduces no-shows for small private practice clinics (chiropractic, dental, physical therapy, med-spa, optometry, veterinary, and similar — not large hospital-system clinics). You'll receive a complete starter package: - A detailed technical blueprint (data inputs, automation logic, tools, and variables to swap per client) - A sample patient/appointment CSV (~20 rows) to build and test against What the system needs to do: - Send automated SMS appointment reminders/confirmations (48hr, 24hr, and day-of), with a confirmation reply flow - Detect no-shows and trigger an automated rebooking sequence (immediate, 24hr, and 72hr follow-ups), escalating to a front-desk alert if unresolved - Run a one-time "We Miss You" win-back campaign for patients with no visit in 60+ days - Track no-show counts per patient and auto-flag repeat no-shows for policy enforcement Deliverables (within 3-5 days): 1. Working automation in Make/Zapier/n8n, built against the provided blueprint and sample data 2. Shareable blueprint/scenario link (view or clone access) 3. A variable list (CSV or doc) covering every field that changes per client — so this build can be reused for future clinics 4. A 3-7 minute Loom walkthrough of how it works 5. A short Google Doc SOP with install/setup steps for a new client What makes a strong fit: - Comfortable building multi-step Make.com scenarios with conditional logic, error handling (Resume/Break/Rollback), and SMS/email modules (Twilio, native SMS, Gmail/SendGrid) - Experience designing automations meant to be cloned and re-used across clients, not just one-off builds - Can work async, hit a 3-5 day deadline, and communicate clearly To apply: Include the word "Blueprint" in your message *and* link a Loom showing a recent automation you've built.
