Make.com Automation Specialist Needed (Hospitable + OpenAI Integration)

We are looking for an experienced Make.com automation specialist with strong expertise in building and optimizing no-code integrations. About Us We are a short-term rental management company managing 200+ properties. We use Hospitable as our channel manager, connected with Airbnb and Booking.com. We already have a Make.com scenario for AI-powered price management, but it requires optimization and improvements. Current Workflow Retrieve listing IDs from Hospitable. Retrieve current pricing for each listing. Send pricing data to OpenAI for analysis based on our custom prompts. Filter the AI-generated prices in Make.com to prevent incorrect outputs. Update the new prices back to the Hospitable calendar. Send a notification email to our manager for manual review. What We Need We are looking for someone to improve the existing scenario by solving the following issues: The scenario currently processes only around 10 listings before failing or stopping. It needs to reliably handle 200+ listings. Instead of sending one email per updated listing, we need one consolidated email containing all pricing updates. Improve the formatting and readability of the notification email. Optimize the scenario to reduce unnecessary Make operations and OpenAI token usage, improving overall efficiency and lowering costs. Requirements Proven experience with Make.com (formerly Integromat). Experience integrating APIs and automation platforms. Familiarity with OpenAI modules within Make.com. Experience optimizing scenarios for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Experience with booking platforms or channel managers (Hospitable, Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) is a strong advantage.
