Make.com Automation for Contractor Staffing

We need an experienced Make.com developer to build an automation for contractor staffing connected to Monday.com. When a production shoot requires crew, the system should pull contractors from the correct Monday.com board based on role, send availability requests by email and SMS, collect responses, and select the highest-priority contractor who responds Available. Contractors have a 4-hour response window, and selection is based on priority rankings, not first-come-first-served. If Priority #1 responds Available, they should be selected immediately. Otherwise, the system waits until the window closes and selects the highest-priority Available contractor. Once selected, the contractor should be assigned to the shoot in Monday.com and receive confirmation, while other available candidates receive a courtesy update.
