Make.com + Notion + Microsoft 365 Automation Specialist; Small Agency Workflow Setup

I'm a partner at a boutique brand strategy and marketing agency (5-person team) based in California. We use Notion as our project management hub and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Calendar) for communication. I need a specialist to build at least two Make.com automation scenarios that connect these tools. Everything is scoped and documented, so this should be a fast, well-defined project for the right person. However, I am also open to suggestions on the current plans. What needs to be built: Scenario 1 — Flagged Email → Notion Task When I flag an email in Outlook, Make automatically creates a new task in my Notion GSD (Get Stuff Done) database with the email subject as the task name, sender info in the description, status set to "Not started," priority set to "Medium," and today's date as the Do It Date. Bonus if you can add a Router that auto-assigns a Client field based on sender domain (I have 5–6 client domains to map). Scenario 2 — Automated Daily Brief Email A scheduled Make scenario that runs Monday–Friday at 7:30am, queries my Notion GSD database for tasks due today that are not yet done (sorted by Priority then date), formats them into a clean summary grouped by client, and emails that summary to my Outlook inbox automatically. What's already done: Make account created Notion connected to Make (OAuth authorized as "Katy LSS Notion") Notion GSD database is built with all relevant fields: Task name, Client, Priority (High/Medium/Low), Status (Not started/In progress/Done), Do It Date, Description, Assignee, Task Length, Frequency Full integration playbook documented — I can share this with the hired specialist so there's no discovery time needed What I'm looking for: Proven experience with Make.com (formerly Integromat) — please include examples of similar scenarios you've built Experience connecting Notion databases via Make Microsoft 365 / Outlook experience a plus Clear communication — I'm not technical, so I need someone who can explain what they're doing and walk me through testing Available to do a short video call or Loom walkthrough once built so I understand how to manage it going forward Scope and timeline: This is a fixed-price project. Both scenarios should take an experienced specialist 2–4 hours. I'd like it completed within one week. There may be additional scenarios to build in the future if this goes well.
