I am launching an automated qualification and outbound lead generation engine ("Apex Qualification Engine") and need an elite Systems Architect to build the infrastructure. I do not need a traditional software engineer to build custom code; I need a systems architect who can rapidly stack and optimize existing APIs, webhooks, and routing logic. Core Responsibilities: API Plumbing: Build a seamless data pipeline using Make.com to route leads from Meta Lead Forms directly into GoHighLevel (GHL). Intelligent Routing: Integrate OpenAI (GPT-4o) via webhook to auto-classify prospect replies based on qualification criteria (capital, intent, timeline) and route them to GHL fields. Outbound/Inbound Stack: Connect Smartlead/Instantly.ai for outbound sequencing and Apollo.co for data intake. AI Agent: Configure Voiceflow/Synthflow agents for automated qualification, filtering, and calendar booking. Fail-Safe & Documentation: Build automatic SMS/Email error-notification triggers for any webhook failures. Provide 5-minute screen-recorded video SOPs for me to manage client sub-accounts and calendar logs. Required Experience: Mastery of Make.com (Advanced routing, error handling, JSON parsing). Deep experience with GHL pipeline automation. Experience delivering "set-and-forget" systems that require minimal maintenance. Payout & Milestones: This is a fixed-price project.
