Summary

Overview We have a fully designed, implementation-ready automation system (Revenue Engine) and need an experienced Make.com specialist to build and deploy it. All architecture, workflow logic, tool selections, and configurations are already documented. You are not being hired to design — you are being hired to build exactly what is specified. --- What You Will Build A 3-layer sales automation system consisting of five Make.com workflows: 1. Unified Lead Capture – Connects WhatsApp Business API, website forms (Cognito), email inbound, and manual BD intake into a single VTiger CRM pipeline 2. Automated Follow-Up Engine – Stage-triggered WhatsApp and email follow-ups based on deal inactivity across defined time windows 3. AI Proposal Generator – Make.com + Claude API (Anthropic) workflow that generates professional client proposals in under 2 minutes and outputs to Google Docs 4. Pipeline Sync – Hourly Make.com sync from VTiger to Google Sheets, feeding a Metabase management dashboard 5. Conversion Tracking – Webhook-triggered stage history logging to Google Sheets with win/loss recording for Metabase funnel analysis Additional configuration required: - VTiger CRM: 9 pipeline stages + 8 custom fields - Google Sheets: 5 structured tabs (Pipeline_Current_State, Pipeline_Stage_History, Pipeline_Won, Pipeline_Lost, Error Log) - Metabase: 4-page executive dashboard - Fish Africa/WhatsApp + SMS outbound messaging integration - Make.com data store: message templates and proposal template routing --- Required Skills - Make.com (advanced) — multi-step scenarios, webhooks, data stores, error handling, scheduled triggers - VTiger CRM — API integration, custom field configuration, pipeline setup - WhatsApp Business API — Meta Business verification process, webhook setup - Claude API (Anthropic) — prompt structuring, JSON output parsing - Google Workspace — Docs (template placeholders), Sheets (structured tabs), Metabase (data source connection and report building) - Strong documentation skills — full handover documentation required at project close --- Nice to Have - Prior experience working with clients in Africa or Ghana specifically - Familiarity with CPaaS or telecoms products --- Project Scope & Timeline The implementation plan is structured across 3 phases over 7–9 weeks: - Phase 1 (Weeks 1–3): VTiger/ Whatsapp chat/GCHAT/Gmail configuration + lead capture workflows - Phase 2 (Weeks 4–6): Follow-up engine + AI proposal generator - Phase 3 (Weeks 7–9): Dashboard, conversion tracking, full handover Full technical specification, workflow diagrams, and architecture documentation will be shared with shortlisted candidates. --- Deliverables - All 5 Make.com workflows built, tested, and live - VTiger fully configured per specification - Metabase dashboard live and connected - Error log monitoring active - Full handover documentation (workflow guides, credentials, maintenance instructions) - 2-week post-launch support window for bug fixes --- To Apply Please include the following in your proposal: 1.
