Make a 3D printable bookend

Summary

I need someone to turn this image of a bookend (or a file very similar to it that I will send later) into a 3D printable piece and send me the printable file. While not required, I strongly prefer to hire someone who can actually 3D print the item on their own and send me photos of it. This is because I don't want to end up with something that looks good but can't actually 3D print. There is only one moving piece: The part that folds down from the back. That piece will print separately from the main piece and attach to it. This project is the first of five similar projects I have in mind.
